垃圾焚烧炉渣作为水泥混合材的水化性能及安全性研究

摘    要:研究了生活垃圾焚烧炉渣用作混合材对水泥水化性能的影响,并考察了相应制品的环境安全性。结果表明:炉渣不具有放射性,为非活性混合材,其掺入对水泥的凝结时间、抗折强度影响不大,但随掺量增加水泥抗压强度下降。焚烧炉渣掺量为7.5%时,能满足42.5普通硅酸盐水泥的生产要求,水洗炉渣对水泥强度的影响较小。掺15%焚烧炉渣时水泥的重金属表面浸渍溶出能达到III类地下水要求,重金属溶出主要发生在浸渍早期,焚烧炉渣用作水泥混合材环境安全性较好。

Stady on hydration properties and environmental safety of MSWI slag as a cement admixture
Abstract:The hydration properties of cement with municipal solid waste incineration slag as the admixture were investigated,and the environmental safety of the cement product was analyzed.The results showed that the MSWI slag was an inactive admixture without radioactivity,which had no obvious influence on the cement setting time and bending strength.The compressive strength of the cement decreased with the increase of MSWI slag,and a slag dosage of 7.5% was suitable for the production of 42.5 ordinary portland cement.Washed slag had a relatively slight influence on the compressive strength.At a slag dosage of 15%,the surface leaching of heavy metals in cement also reached the standard of groundwater type III,and it mainly occurred in early period.MSWI slag had a good environmental safety as an admixture of cement.
