聚乳酸纤维耐热改性试剂研究

摘    要:以呔哔克(TGIC)、泰克(TAIC)作为聚乳酸纤维的耐热改性试剂,用正交试验方法得出了耐热改性的最佳试验方案。通过聚乳酸膜的干热收缩测试,得出泰克为最佳改性试剂。改性后的聚乳酸柔韧性有所增加,纤维热处理后的强度保持率较改性前增加,热稳定性有一定的提高。

Abstract:The optimal experimental program of heat resistant modification was obtained using orthogonal test with TGIC and TAIC as heat resistant modification reagent for polylactic acid fiber. Through the dry heat shrinkage test of polylactic acid film, TAIC was the best modification reagent. The test results showed that the flexibility of the modified polylactie acid fiber was increased, fiber strength retention after heat treatment was relatively increased before modification and the thermal stability of modified polylactic acid was improved.
