砂壁状仿砖外墙涂料配制与研究

为考察砂壁状仿砖涂料中乳液Tg与成膜剂添加量的关系,不同颜料体积浓度对漆膜性能的影响,沙子对仿砖涂料配制工艺及性能的影响,以6种不同乳液为基料,以湖北地区普通河沙为主要填料,添加多种助剂配制成砂壁状仿砖外墙涂料,并对涂料进行观察和性能检测。结果表明:以沙子为主要填料可配制出砂壁状效果逼真的外墙仿砖涂料,乳液Tg越高、沙子占颜填料总体积比例越大,则成膜助剂添加量越大,当沙子占颜填料体积的62.5%时,涂膜砂壁状效果逼真、耐水性能良好,与使用石英砂为主要填料相比降低了成本,但成膜助剂添加量增加。以沙子为主要填料配制仿砖涂料时,颜填料使用高速分散机充分分散而不经研磨即能达到要求。

Study on Preparation of Sand-like Imitation Brick Wall Emulsion Coatings

In order to investigate the relationship of sand-like imitation brick wall emulsion coatings glass transition temperature and the added amount of film-forming agent, the influence of different pigment volume concentration on film properties, and the influence of sand on coating formulation technology and performance. Using six different emulsions as the raw materials and ordinary sand in Hubei Province as the main filler, adding a variety of additives formulated a sand-like imitation brick exterior wall coatings, the coatings film was observed and its performance were tested. The results showed that： the sand can be used as the main filler to prepared sand-wall like imitation brick exterior paints, emulsion glass transition temperature is higher, the total volume of sand representing the greater in proportion of pigments and fillers, lhe amount of coalescing agent added is greater, when the sand ratio in pigment volume accounted for 62.5%, the coating with realistic sand textured effect, good water resistance, and the use of quartz sand as compared to the main fillers reduce costs, but increase the amount of coalescing agent added. With sand as the main preparation imitation brick coatings pigments and fillers, the pre-mixed fillers after a high-speed disperser fully dispersed that can meet the requirements without grinding.
