一元助留助滤剂生产低定量新闻纸方法的实践

摘    要:采用阳离子聚胺盐与丙烯酰胺的共聚物的一元助留助滤系统生产低定量新闻纸,生产数据表明:一元助留助滤系统化学品用量少,并且仅需1个化学品添加点,生产流程简单;吨纸化学品添加成本为20.68元,比三元助留助滤系统化学品添加成本降低21%;成纸质量达到了国家标准GB1910-2006中45g/m^2低定量新闻纸优等品的要求。

Abstract:In this paper, a unitary retention/drainage aid system of a copolymer of cationic polyamine salt and acrylamide was applied to produce low basic weight newsprint. Production data showed that unitary retention/drainage aid system has less chemical dosage, only one adding point, simple production process, the cost of only 20.68 RMB yuan/ton, which was 21% less than ternary retention/drainage aids system, and the quality which met requirement for 45 g/m^2 low basic weight newsprint of premium grade in the National Standard GB/T 1910-2006.
