摘    要: 细晶粒低碳钢生产的关键技术在于控轧控冷。前人虽对轧制温度、压下制度、冷却速度等对组织的影响的一般规律做了研究总结,但在生产实际中,需对成本、能耗、板形及轧机负荷能力等进行综合考虑,因此需要优化工艺参数。利用热模拟机对超细晶粒钢板的生产过程进行了模拟,工艺参数尽量贴近生产实际。对试样的微观组织进行了观察,总结了冷却速度、压下量分配制度、终轧温度等工艺参数对组织的影响规律,为在线轧制工艺的制定提供了帮助。

Abstract:The key technique of hot rolling low carbon ultra-fine grained steel strip consists in controlled rolling and controlled cooling. Although some effects of rolling parameters such as rolling temperature, rolling schedule, cooling rate etc on microstructure have been studied, there are also other factors, such as energy consumption, cost, strip shape and mill capacity should be considered. As a result, the rolling parameters should be optimized further. Rolling parameters of ultra-fine grained strip were simulated by thermo mechanical simulation and simulated results were in reasonable agreement with measured in practice. Microstructure of samples was observed and conclusions were drawn. All of these are helpful for determining rolling parameters on line.
