杞菊地黄丸中丹皮酚含量的电化学检测

摘    要:目的:建立杞菊地黄丸中丹皮酚的电化学检测方法。方法:循环伏安(CV)、差分脉冲(DPV)及高效液相色谱。结果:在0.1mol/L的NaOH—NaH2P04(pH=11)底液中、100mV/s的扫描速度下丹皮酚在铂电极上有一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10^-6~1×10^-3m0L/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:I=0.22—4082.32×C(r=0.9972),检出限为1×10^-6mol/L。应用于杞菊地黄丸中丹皮酚的检测,结果令人满意。结论:该方法准确可靠,操作简便、快速,重现性好。

Abstract:Purpose :The electric chemistry analysis method to measure paeonol in Qijudihuang Pills was established. Method: Cyclic Voltammetry, Differential Pulse Vohammetry and HPLC. Result: In 0. 1mol · L^-1 NaOH -NaH2PO4 buffer solution ( pH = 11 ), a sensitive oxidization peak of paeonol was obtained. The peak current was directly propor - tional to the concentration of paeonol over the range of 1.0 × 10^ -5 - 1.0 × 10 ^-3 mol/L with the detection limit of 5 × 10 ^-6moL/L. Conclusions : The method was applied to the determination of paeonol in Qijudihuang Pills with satisfactory results. Conclusion: This method was accurate and dependable, operating simple, fleetness, easily re -appear.
