烷基酚异构体及碳数分布的LC-MS分析

摘    要:分别在Lichrosorb5 RP8和Nova-Pak C18色谱柱上利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对以邻位取代为主的烷基酚进行了分离分析,并分别对分离后的各组分用液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)进行了确认。结果表明,在Lichrosorb5 RP8色谱柱上,烷基酚样品完全按照取代基链长进行分离,而在Nova-PakC18色谱柱上,烷基酚样品不但按取代基链长进行分离,而且不同位置取代的异构体也进一步得到了分离。

Abstract:The alkyphenols mainly 2-substituted were separated and analyzed by HPLC with Liehrosorb5 RP8 and Nova-Pak C18 columns respectively. The analysis result showed that the components of alkylphenols were separated according to the chain length of the substituents by the former; the alkylphenols were separated not only according to the chain length,but also further separated according to the substituted isomer position by the latter. The separated components were confirmed by LC-MS.
