催化裂化提升管结焦原因及对策

中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司Ⅱ套催化裂化装置提升管压力降上升和产品分布变差，分析发现提升管结焦是主要原因。对提升管结焦原因进行了分析，提出了相应的对策，包括提高雾化蒸汽量、确保待生线路推动力、适当提高再生器床层温度、用减压蜡油作开工原料等。措施实施后，经过近10个月的运行表明，装置运行平稳。

Coking in FCCU riser and preventive measures
