催化裂化提升管结焦原因及对策

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司Ⅱ套催化裂化装置提升管压力降上升和产品分布变差,分析发现提升管结焦是主要原因。对提升管结焦原因进行了分析,提出了相应的对策,包括提高雾化蒸汽量、确保待生线路推动力、适当提高再生器床层温度、用减压蜡油作开工原料等。措施实施后,经过近10个月的运行表明,装置运行平稳。

Abstract:The No.2 FCC unit in SINOPEC Wuhan Company suffered from rising riser pressure drop and deteriorating product distribution.The root causes were found to be the coking in the riser reactor.After analysis of the causes,corrective measures were proposed and taken,such as increasing atomizing steam flowrate,maintaining driving force in the spent catalyst line,properly raising the regenerator bed temperature and using VGO as the feedstock for start-up,etc.The unit has been operating stably for near 10 months aft...
