| Abstract: | The effect of quantative change of doped Al3+ on main material properties of ZnO middle and high-Voltage Varistor is studied. The reason of the effect is analyzed microscopically and the measures to increase material stability are recommended. Material with good property for middle and high voltage varistors has been obtained experimentally. |
