摘    要:根据气固两相流理论,通过分析生物质燃料颗粒干燥过程的特点,建立了其在水平直管内气流干燥过程中传热传质数学模型,采用数值方法对模型进行了求解,并通过试验进行验证.分别针对物料初始含水量、入口空气温度和进料量对生物质干燥的影响进行了试验和分析.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the characteristics of the drying process of biomass fuel particles,a numerical model to describe the heat and mass transfer process in pneumatic drying of biomass particles in straight level has been presented,based on two-phase flow theory.The simulated result is compared with the experiment result.According to the experimental results,the influences of initial moisture content,air temperature and quality flow of material are analyzed.
