摘    要:本文应用高分子材料分子设计原理,构筑了一种被用作混凝土超塑化剂的羧酸系低分子量梳型接枝共聚物,采用一种高活性的改性剂对工业聚乙二醇进行改性,然后采用高效催化剂在无溶剂方式下进行接枝,合成出具有聚合活性的功能性大单体,后通过高效、经济的水相自由基聚合法来制备梳型接枝共聚物超塑化剂,并讨论了该聚合物在混凝土中的应用性能。

Abstract:Based on molecular design theory of polymer materials, a kind of carboxylic type comb-grafted copolymer with low molecular weight used for concrete was designed. Polyethylene glycol(PEG) was modified with highly active modifier, then comb-grafted with high range catalyst under solvent-free conditions to synthesize functional macromonomer with polymerizability and finally comb-grafted copolymer superplasticizer was prepared with macromonomers in highly efficient and economical aqueous copolumerization process. Applied performance of this copolymer in concrete was discussed.
