微机控制动态功率因数补偿

摘    要:动态补偿是接近理想的功率因数补偿方式,是功率因数补偿的发展方向。本文对静、动态功率因数补偿方式进行了对比分析。给出了动态补偿实用主电路,能有效控制拉闸过电压和初次合闸冲击电流,能实现全自动操作。给出了实现动态补偿的控制电路的一般结构,以及进行快速无功、有功功率因数检测的方法。设计了电容组数和电容状态设定电路和操作干扰抑制电路,有效地解决了动态功率因数补偿走向实用化的一些主要问题。实际运行证明了所给出方法的有效性。

Abstract:Dynamic compensation of power factor is a nearly ideal compensationmethod and also the direction of its development.The paper analyzes andcompares the dynamic and static modes of compensation and gives out apractical main circuit for dynamic compensation.The circuit can effectivelysuppress switching overvoltage and surge current,and it can also carry outfully automatic operation.A general structure of the control circuit fordynamic compensation,and the method of rapid measurement of active andreactive power factor are also given.The state-setting circuit for numberof condenser banks and the suppressing circuit for operation interferenceare designed that can effectively solve the main problems encountered inthe application of dynamic power factor compensation.Practical operationproves the effectiveness of the methods given.
