摘    要:磷矿浆长距离管道输送在国内尚属新技术,介绍了某厂采用该技术的具体情况,磷矿浆长距离管道输送的设计要点,探讨了磷矿浆中ω固目对其黏度、管径大小和压力损失的影响,经综合比较推荐采用ω固=40%的磷矿浆,以保证操作过程中系统稳定运行。

Abstract:Long-distance pipe conveying for phosphate rock slurry is a new technology in China.The application of the technology in a factory and the design highlights of long-distance pipe conveying for phosphate rock slurry are introduced.The impact for viscosity,pipeline diameter and pressure loss by solid content ws of phosphate rock slurry is discussed.With comprehensive comparison,the w_s=40% phosphate rock slurry is recommended as conveying media,in order to warrant the stable operation of the system.
