摘    要:研制系统任务接受策略对于研制系统效用发挥十分重要。接收任务越多,研制系统利用率越高,但由于资源限制可能使任务延误,甚至造成重大损失。对接受任务策略进行了研究,提出基于任务到达时首过程任务个数的决策模型,并通过建立研制系统排队网络模型,对进行决策参数进行求解。采用该决策方法操作简单,最适用于首过程与关键过程服务能力差异不大的系统。最后,通过实例对该方法提出了说明。

Abstract:Benefits optimization is one of the most important problems to a development organization. Development organizations hope to accept more development missions to gain more profits. Much more accepted missions may be delayed due to limited resources in the development activity, Which leads to huge economy loss. The mission accepting strategy was studied by establishing a queuing network model of development organization, which depends on alternative upper limit of the missions in the first process at the inoment of new mission arrival. A solution was also given for the model. The decision-making approach is simple operationally and suitable for the system, of which service ability difference between the first and the key processes is not great. An example was given to demonstrate the approach.
