基于图像处理的刀具几何参数测量技术研究

摘    要:采用图像预处理和边缘检测等图像处理技术自动测量刀具的长度、直径、圆角半径和两个刀刃的角度,利用Delphi平台上开发的基于图像处理的测量软件可以在瞬间检测出刀具几何参数,实现了刀具几何参数测量的自动化。针对刀具的边缘轮廓形状特征,运用了二值化、中值滤波、边缘检测、轮廓提取和参数提取等图像处理技术。使用高分辨率CCD摄像设备并配备光学放大系统,可实现对高精度和微小刀具几何尺寸参数的测量。满足刀具测量的精度高、自动化程度高、重复性好等要求。

Abstract:The tool length, diameter, radius, and angles of the two blades can be measured automatically using image processing techniques such as image pre-processing and edge detection. Using the Delphi Platform, measurement software based on image processing is developed, which can detect geometric parameters of tools, achieving the automation of geometric parameter measurement. The binarization, median filtering, edge detection, contour extraction,parameter extraction and other image processing technology are applied. By high resolution CCD camera and optical amplifying system, tool geometry can be measured to meet the high-precision measurement of high degree of automation, repeatability and good demand.
