| 摘 要： | MoldFlow Plastic Advisers(MPA)注射模分析模拟软件,可以接受从任何CAD软件如UG、Pro/E输出的实体造型,同时又独立于这些CAD软件,处于独立平台的塑料CAE软件,它不但可以对设计方案进行优化,而且对设计时疏漏的一些问题,MPA也会发现它们,并提醒注意。本文以塑料窗限位块为例,利用MPA对该塑件的模具浇口进行优化设计,为注射模设计提供合理的参考。

| Abstract: | MoldFlow Plastic Advisers （MPA） injection molding simulation software, can accept from any CAD software （such as： UG,Pro/E） solid modeling output, at the same time, independent of the CAD software, in a platform independent plastic CAE software, it can not only optimize the scheme of you, and on some of the problems you omissions at design time, MPA will find them, and remind you of. Based on the plastic window limit block as an example, using MPA to optimize the design of the mold gate, provide a reasonable reference for the injection mold plastic products plan. |
