摘    要:分析了仪表盒前盖成型工艺和模具设计关键点,对模具的总体结构、抽芯机构、成型零件、温度控制系统进行了分析,特别是对模具的四面抽芯机构进行了详细的说明。经生产验证,该模具工作可靠,生产效率高。

Design of Injection Mold with 4-Side Core-Pulling Mechanism for the Anterior Cover of Instrument Box
Abstract:The key points of process and mold design on anterior cover of instrument box is analyzed in this paper. The mold overall structure, core-pulling mechanism, molding parts, temperature control and exhaust system are analyzed too, 4-side core-pulling mechanism of this mold is introduced in detail. As a result, the mold works smoothly, and its production efficiency is high.
