摘    要:实验研究了冷轧压下率对高强度热镀锌双相钢基板性能的影响。结果表明:实验钢板为典型的铁素体+岛状马氏体的双相组织,随着冷轧压下率的增加,马氏体体积分数逐渐增加,抗拉强度最高达910MPa,而屈服强度、初始硬化指数[n]值及塑性应变比[r]值几乎没有变化,伸长率在14%以上。

Abstract:Under laboratory conditions, the study about performance of the high strength hot dip galvanized dual phase steel with different cold rolling reduction ratio was carried. The results show that typical dual phase structure with ferrite and martensite can be observed in the experimental steel. With the increase of cold rolling reduction ratio, volume fraction of martensite is gradually increased, and the steel's tensile strength is reached 910 MPa, yield strength and initial stiffness index n value and plastic strain ratio r value are changed little, elongation rate is reached above 14%.
