热轧酸洗板质量问题分析及关键技术研究

摘    要:针对热轧酸洗板生产过程中容易出现表面质量缺陷及低尺寸精度等问题,提出了热负荷前移的加热制度、降低尾部厚度精度以增加轧制稳定性、保证设备精度以减少划伤、采用激冷等手段解决轧辊系氧化铁皮缺陷等措施,使热轧酸洗板降级率大幅减少,并使结构用酸洗板规格范围得到了扩展。

Abstract:In the production of hot rolled pickling sheets , surface quality defects and poor dimensional accuracy problems were often found .Some ideas, such as moving forward the heating load ,decreasing the thickness precision of the tail to increase the rolling stability, ensuring the accuracy of equipment to reduce the scratch, using roll chilling measure to resolve oxide defects , were put forward. The relegation rate of hot rolled pickling plate were greatly reduced, and the specification range of the structure type pickling plate was expanded.
