| 摘 要： | 清洁生产审核是推行清洁生产的重要工具。在开展清洁生产审核过程中，国家、企业、咨询服务机构三个层面上存在着诸多问题，针对存在的问题进行了全面分析，提出了解决这些问题的初步对策，使清洁生产审核过程更趋合理化。
