摘    要:在耐火砖自动分拣设备的检测过程中,需要对耐火砖进行180°翻转等控制,从而实现检测机构对耐火砖的质量检测。采用欧姆龙CPM2AE可编程控制器以及气缸、光电开关等对机械手、移载机及线体机构进行控制,还设计了相应的控制软件,实现了对耐火砖180°翻转等控制功能。

Abstract:During the process of testing in the refractory bricks automatic sorting equipment, it is necessary to conduct 180° flip of the refractory bricks and other control, so that testing organizations can test the quality of the refractory bricks. In this paper, Omron CPM2AE PLC, cylinder and photoelectric switch are used for controlling the mechanical hand, transfer machine and line body. And the corresponding control software is designed to achieve a 180° flip of refractory bricks and other control functions.
