摘    要:研究了以MgCl2醇合物改性凹凸棒石粘土为载体的乙烯聚合催化剂的动力学行为及共聚性能.对所制备的球形聚乙烯(PE)颗粒的微观结构进行了考察,结果表明:其聚合反应动力学行为呈“上升-衰减型”,PE颗粒的形貌呈微球状,复现了载体及催化剂的形貌,改性催化剂具有良好的共聚性能。

Abstract:The kinetic behavior and co-polymerization property of the polyethylene (PE) catalyst supported on the polygorskite clay modified by magnesium chloride/alcohol adduct were studied systematically. The microstructure of the spherical PE particles prepared with such catalyst was examined by means of electron scanning microscope (SEM). The experimental results verify that the kinetic behavior conforms to the mode of "ascension-attenuation". The shape of the PE particle appears like a sphere, which reproduces the shape of the carrier and the catalyst supported on it. The modified catalyst exhibits a satisfactory performance for co-polymerization.
