| 摘 要： | 为了制备性能优异的湿固型热熔胶，本文以聚己内酯（PLC）和聚四氢呋喃（PTMG）多元醇、二苯基甲烷4，4＇-二异氰酸酯（MDI）、1，4-丁二醇（BDO）等为主要原料，采用预聚物法分别合成了两种不同性能的湿固型聚氨酯热熔胶，并对两者的性能进行了测试。结果表明，胶黏剂中多元醇的种类、催化剂及NCO百分含量对热熔胶的性能有较大的影响；并且用预聚物法合成的湿固型聚氨酯热熔胶，具有较优的拉伸强度、粘接强度、耐水性等性能。

| Abstract: | In order to make a moisture eurlng polyurethane hot melt adhesive with better property, this paper described two different moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesives which were synthesized with PLC, PTMG, MDI and BDO etc as main materials by prepolymer method, and the studies on their properties were also presented. The results showed that the types of polyol, catalyst and the content of NCO had great effects on the performance of this adhesive. And its properties such as tensile strength,bonding strength and water - resistance were much better. |
