催化荧光法测定痕量亚硝酸根

摘    要:在稀磷酸介质中,痕量亚硝酸根能催化溴酸钾氧化荧光桃红并使其荧光猝灭,且荧光猝灭程度与亚硝酸根加入量成比例关系,据此建立了催化荧光法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法.其激发波长λex=435.8nm,发射波长λem=560nm,测定亚硝酸根的线性范罔为0.0-11ng/mL,检出限为0.37ng/mL.将拟定的方法用于水样、蔬菜、粮食中亚硝酸根含量的测定,结果与Griss法一致.

Abstract:A new sensitive kinetic method is proposed for the determination of nitrite. The method is based on catalytic effect on the reaction of potassium bromate oxidation of tetraehlorotetrabromo - fluororescein sodium salt in dilute phosphoric acid . The detection limit of this method is 0. 37 ng/mL and the linear response is with in the range of 0. 0 - 11 ng/mL. The proposed method is applied to the determination of nitrite in water samples, vegetables with satisfactory results.
