| 摘 要： | 本文研究了肺炎克雷伯氏菌的培养工艺，得到了实验范围内最佳的培养基组成和培养条件；葡萄糖1％（质量分数，下同），大豆胨1．5％，牛肉浸膏0．2％，酵母粉0．2％，蛋白胨0．5％，氯化钠0．5％，K2HPO4 0．35％，KH2PO4 0．15％。2％接种量，转速160r/min和20％的摇瓶装填量是适宜的。 |

| Abstract: | The cultivation of Klebsiella pneumoniae in flask was studied. The medium recipe suitable to Kp-9 strain growth and expression of the capsular glycoprotein was proposed. The ingredients of the recipe include glucose 1%, soya peptone 1.5%, beef extract 0.2%, yeast extract 0.2%,tryptone 0.5%,NaCl 0.5, K 2HPO 4 0.35% and KH 2PO 4 0.15%. The suitable culture conditions are 160r/min of rotate speed, 20% of filling capacity and 2% of inoculum volume. |
