空间的雕塑--艺术家野口勇的景观设计作品解读

SCULPTURING OF SPACE: THE LANDSCAPE DESIGN OF ARTIST ISAMU NOGUCHI

Early in the 20 century, before the coming into being of Land Art, Isamu Noguchi expanded the concept of sculpture into landscape successfully, which made the landscape no longer the background of the work of art, but a part of it, As an artist, Isamu Noguchi tried to combine sculpture with garden. He exploited new form of landscape architecture from the point of view of art and contributed much to the development of landscape architecture after second world war.
