| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深入,高等教育进一步由精英型向大众化过渡,高校毕业生就业面临严峻形势,就业环境也发生了深刻的变化,涉及到国家、企业、高校、学生本人等一系列问题,本文分别从大学生就业环境面临的现状和如何改进就业环境这两个方面作了简述,仅供参考。

| Abstract: | Along with the deepening of structural reform in Chinese higher education, further transition from the elite to the mass-type education, the employment of college graduates is facing a serious situation, the employment environment has undergone profound changes, which are related to the nation, enterprises, institutions of higher learning, students, etc. This article discusses the employment situation of university students and the methods to strengthen the employment environment, which are just for reference purposes only. |
