氨浸钼渣氧压碱浸工艺研究

摘    要:研究采用氧压碱浸工艺处理氨浸钼渣,在浸出温度180℃、时间2 h、氧分压200 kPa、液固比2∶1、纯碱量为化学反应理论量的2.5倍时钼的浸出率可达96%以上。本工艺具有钼浸出率高、对环境友好以及提高经济效益的目的。

Abstract:A new process is implemented to leach the molybdenum residue by oxygen pressure alkaline leaching.The optimum technological conditions are as follows: leaching temperature is 453 K,leaching period is 2 hours,partial pressure of oxygen is 200 kPa,L∶ S is 2,the moral ratio(Na2CO3/Mo) is 2.5.Molybdenum extraction is more than 96%.The pressure leaching process has the advantages of leaching molybdenum,environmentally friendly,high economic returns,and etc.
