摘    要:针对快速成型系统采用单一扫描算法带来的缺陷,提出了一种基于切片图形几何形状匹配的综合选取扫描路径的方法.根据pic文件格式,构造边角邻接矩阵(EAAM)和边属性向量(EAV)以表达切片图形的几何形状.并给出了基于上述模型的形式化定义;通过抽取表征EAAM和EAV特征参数建立了一个有效的实例索引机制,提出了形状相似性及实例相似性的度量和计算方法;最后给出了切片图形检索过程的关键算法实现,该方法具有较好的通用性和实用性,能够有效的提高快速成型系统效率.

Abstract:According to the shortcoming of rapid prototyping by scan path, a method based on matching geometry to select the corresponding scan path approach is presented. According pic file format, edge and angle adjacent matrix (EAAM) and edge attribute vector (EAV) are structured to express graphic sections of the geometric shape. And the view of me above model of the formal definition is give; through collecting the characterization of EAAM and EAV parameters an effective example of the index mechanism is established. Finally, a biopsy graphics retrieval of the key algorithm, the method is better versatility and practicality, can effectively improve the efficiency of rapid prototyping system.
