摘    要:掺杂锑的氧化锡厚膜,在氧化气氛中和含有一定水蒸汽的大气中,经常用于检测易燃气体。提供了该厚膜与氢和一氧化碳的反应数据,它的电导率和化学稳定性均好。由于添加5%的钯金属作为催化剂和其它的膜基质材料稀释剂,如5%氧化镁和9%抗氧化的镍、硅化物,保证了气体响应的可靠性和准确度。

Abstract:The antimony-doped stannic oxide thick-film used to detect combustible gases in oxidizing and fixed water vapor-containing atmospheres. Data on the hydrogen and carbon monoxide responses of thick film is reported. Both the electronical conductivity and chemical stability of the thick-film are good enough. The reliability and accuracy of the gas response were ensured by the addition of 5wt% palladium metal catalyst and other film matrix diluents, such as 5wt% magnesium oxide and 9wt% oxidation-resistant nickel sfliciade.
