冷家稠油井压裂工艺及效果分析

摘    要:冷家油田是辽河油田的稠油主要产区 ,地质构造复杂 ,油层埋藏较深 ,产特超稠油和普通稠油 ,以蒸汽吞吐热采为主要采油方法。在该区采用常规压裂和砂面分层等压裂工艺对稠油井压裂 8口。其中成功实施特超稠油井压裂 5口 ,解决了稠油开采注汽难的问题 ,取得较好压裂效果。首次实施的CO2 泡沫降粘压裂试验取得成功 ,为该区块稠油冷采探索开创了新途径。

Abstract:Lengjia oilfield is the key production area of heavy oil in Liaohe oilfield,which has feature of complicated geology structure,much deeper formation and producing super heavy oil and heavy oil.The main recovery technique is thermal process of cyclic steam injection.The fracture technique of conventional and separating layer by sand has been conducted to eight heavy oil wells.Five of them are super heavy oil wells and operated successfully,that solves the difficult in heavy oil production and gets a good fracture result.It is the first time to apply the fracture test successfully using CO 2 foam to decrease viscosity,which build a new way for cold recovery of heavy oil in this block.
