导叶—调压阀并联控制系统

摘    要:在大波动过程中,水轮机导叶接力器与调压阀各自独立控制。导叶接力器选择调压阀拒动时压力保证值对应的关闭速度,而调压阀选择合适的关闭规律以抑制转速上升,此控制系统称为导叶—调压阀并联控制系统,目前工程上已有应用案例。为了研究该系统的调节品质及应关注的相关问题,通过数学建模、动态模拟仿真分析其调节品质,并与常规的串联控制系统比较,表明并联控制系统是可行的。

Abstract:In the process of large fluctuation, the turbine guide vane servomotor and the pressure regulators are controlled separate-ly.Appropriate guide vane servomotor closing speed is selected to ensure that the pressure is below the guaranteed value when the regulator refused to move.Appropriate opening and closing rules of the pressure regulators are chosen to suppress speed increasing. This control system is called Vanes -regulator Parallel Control System.There are cases in engineering.In order to study the quali-ty and concerns related to the system, mathematical modeling and dynamic simulation analysis of its regulatory quality have been done, and compared with a conventional tandem control system.The result shows that parallel control system is feasible.
