| 摘 要： | 目前高职院校科研创新团队的建设尚处于起步阶段，并未形成科学的管理体系．针对高职院校科研创新团队建设的现状及不足提出了有关建议，指出在高职院校科研创新团队的建设过程中，要依托办学特点、优化团队建设模式、实现跨学科跨专业结合、合理搭建学术梯队、建立健全运行机制等，从而确保高职院校科研创新团队的良性发展．

| Abstract: | Construction of research and innovation teams in higher vocational colleges is at the starting stage and scientific management system has not been formed. According to the current situation and deficiencies of research and innovation team construction in higher vocational colle-ges, this paper puts forward suggestions that we should rely on school-running characteristics, optimize team construction mode, realize combination crossing subjects and specialties, build the academic echelon reasonably and establish perfect operation mechanism to ensure benign develop-ment of research and innovation teams. |
