| 摘 要： | 分析了重型机械产品开发设计现状,结合企业信息化的实践,提出和实践了四个快速设计策略:"开发"与"设计"适度分离,加强开发;建构产品平台,推进模块化变型设计;基于PLM(产品全生命周期管理)的知识重用;基于PLM的协同设计.通过这些策略的实践,不仅实现了快速设计,而且规范了产品设计,降低产品成本.

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the current status of the heary machineary development,In combination with practice,it also presents the four rapid design strategies separating "Development"and "Design"appropriately to strengthen development;building product platforms to promoee modular and variant design;reusing products knowledge based on PLM;Through the practice of these strategies,not only achieved the rapid design is achieved,product design is standardized and rednced the cose of the product is reduced. |
