摘    要:研究了以烧碱或石灰乳为沉淀剂,絮凝剂聚沉的分离方法除去盐矿水采卤中的铁化合物.通过对相关影响因素进行的试验研究分析,比较了两种沉淀剂的沉降效果,试验结果表明pH越高、絮凝剂浓度越大,沉降效果越好,速度越快.结合实际生产,提出了较为合理的工艺条件:控制pH为9.4左右,絮凝剂浓度为2mg/kg.

Abstract:In this paper, the technology of iron removal from salt mine brine has been studied. Iron compound is removed when sodium hydroxide or lime milk is used as precipitator with the flocculant accelerating sedimentation .Through the analysis of the relative factors on the basis of experiment,the effects of different precipitators are compared and the result indicates that the increase of pH and the concentration of flocculant results in better sedimentation and higher velocity. With the practical production, the suitable process condition is put forward, in which pH is around 9.4 and the concentration of flocculant is 2ppm.
