深圳光明新区配电网20kV改造方案设计及优化

摘    要:为了解决供电能力不足和农村地区电压降过大等问题,将配电网从10 kV提升到20 kV电压等级成为配电网改造建设的一项重要工作。介绍了深圳光明新区开展配电网改造试点的经验,通过分析影响该区20 kV电压等级配电网改造的关键因素,将该区划分为10 kV供电区域、10 kV与20 kV混供区域和20 kV新建区域,分别对这些区域设计及优化了合适的改造方案。

Abstract:Distribution network upgrading from 110 kV to 20 kV voltage level is an important task in order to solve the problems such as short power supply and big voltagedrop in the rural area. This paper introduces the experience of distribution network upgrading test carried out in Guangming New Area, Shenzhen. Analyzing the key factors with great influence to the distribution network upgrading in the area, this paper parts the area into three districts of 10 kV power supply, 10 kV/20 kV hybrid power supply and new building 20 kV power supply, and makes design and optimization of suitable schemes for these districts respectively.
