基于J2EE的高校资产管理系统的设计与实现

为提高学校资产的自动化管理水平,降低资产管理成本,通过对高校资产管理进行实际调研,设计了一种基于B/S的资产管理方案。与传统手工管理相比,该方案实现了无纸化办公,即从原来的人工记录管理模式转变为计算机一体化管理。重点研究了高校资产管理流程、方案的总体结构、系统架构,系统的核心模块的设计与应用程序的实现。应用结果表明,该方案可有效地集成和管理实现资产信息管理系统的网络化,系统实施之后,高校科研管理的工作效率得到了明显的提高。

Design and implementation of an asset management system of universities based on J2EE

In order to improve the level of automated management of college assets and reduce the assets management costs,the asset management system of universities based on J2EE is designed through the investigation of one college.Compared with the traditional manual management,the administration of institutions has realized paperless aflice,which means the management has developed from the original manual records management to the integrated management,The college assets process,system scheme architecture,core module of the system design and application implementation are researched.Application results show that the scheme can effectively realize networking of assets management system.After implementation of the system,the efficiency of research management in universities has been greatly improved.
