摘    要:动力电池是电动汽车的核心部件之一。为了获取动力电池随车工作时的状态数据,从而为优化控制参数提供参考,本文利用SD存储卡设计了一种2 G容量的电池管理系统(Battery Management System,BMS)随车数据存储系统。该系统采用高速SPI方式与SD卡通信,并使用精简的层次化SD卡驱动模型;数据采用与PC机操作系统相兼容的FAT32文件格式存储。实验表明,该系统实时性好,可靠性高。

Abstract:Power battery is one of key parts in electrical vehicle.In order to obtain the on-site status data of power battery and provide a reference for optimizing the control parameters,this pater designed a 2G-capacity BMS on-site data storage system with SD memory card.It communicated with SD card in high speed SPI and used hierarchical driver model of SD card.The data was saved in FAT32 format,which could keep compatible with PC operating system.The experiment shows that the system has good real-time capability and high reliability.
