| 摘 要： | 在阐述精益思想的基础上,针对精益供应链物流的内涵与基本特征,运用集成管理思想和方法,提出了由精益供应链物流服务集成商构建精益供应链物流运作模式的观点,并从价值链基础、集成商主体地位、集成性、串行与并行相结合、非线性和相容性等6方面探讨了精益供应链物流运作模式的特点。

Aiming at the function model of lean supply chain logistics, it describes the value basis, status of integration enterprise, combination of seires and parallel, non-linear and confluent. |
