省力弹簧储能机构的设计研究

摘    要:本文针对高压真空短路器的弹簧操动机构的工作要求,探讨了高压断路器弹簧操动机构中储能机构的设计问题。所设计的储能机构实质上是一棘轮机构,为使整个机构结构紧凑,手动、电动两套储能机构的棘爪互为止动棘爪。同时储能机构的设计中,还加入了帮助电机推动棘轮转动的省力弹簧,可使储能电机功率减小。通过分析,得出了互为止动棘爪的棘轮机构棘爪的配置结果,以及储能机构中储能电机功率的确定方法。

Abstract:In this paper, on the basis of the working requirements of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers's spring operating mechanisms, some design problems of the energy storage mechanisms are discusses in this breakers's spring operating mechanisms. The energy storage mechanisms which are designed are essentially ratchet mechanisms. In the spring operating mechanisms, two sets of energy storage mechanisms are designed. One of them is manual operation's, other one is motor-driven operation's. In order that the whole energy storage mechanisms are compactly laid out, pawls of two energy storage mechanisms are designed to mutual stop motion's pawls. In order to help electric motor to driver ratchet wheel, springs are installed in the energy storage mechanisms, these springs can save power and reduce power of the energy storage motor. A rational distribution of mutual stop motion's pawls is defined by means of discussion, and a definite method of motor power is obtained.
