m-LLDPE/纳米SiO2的力学性能和光学性能研究

摘    要:采用熔融共混法制备了m-LLDPE/纳米SiO2复合材料,并对该体系的力学性能和光学性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,纳米SiO2对m-LLDPE具有一定的增强、增韧作用。复合材料的红外吸收能力较m-LLDPE明显提高,此外,m-LLDPE/纳米SiO2复合材料的可见光透光度有所降低,雾度却有明显的上升。通过SEM电镜得出,表面处理方法对纳米SiO2在基体中的分散性能有显著影响。

Abstract:The m-LLDPE/nano-SiO2 composites was prepared by melt blending, and the mechanical and optical properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the strength of m-LLDPE was improved with the addition of nano-SiO2 as well as the 1R adsorption of the composites was improved than m-LLDPE. Moreover, the permeating light rate of the m-LLDPE/nano-SiO2 composites was decreased, but the fog degree was increased abviously. The dispersion of nano-SiO2 had been surface treated was increased remarkably in matrix by the resuhs of SEM.
