八面河油田稠油破乳技术研究

摘    要:为了解决稠油问题,八面河油田在接转站内直接对面138区的稠油进行破乳。实验结果表明,破乳剂YQ-1在温度为65℃时脱水率≥98.5%,脱水时间≤6h,满足面138在接转站的现场工艺需求,同时破乳后净化油中剩余水含量为1.25%,破乳后污水含油量仅为1.364mg/L,符合外输要求以及污水排放标准。复配后的油溶性破乳剂脱水效果明显好于水溶性的破乳剂。

Abstract:In the block station of Bamianhe Oil Field, emulsion breaking has been directed at the thick oil of Mian 138 district to handle the heavy oil problems there. The results show that the demulsifier YQ- 1 can reach a dehydration rate at or even above 98. 5% with 6 or even fewer dehydrating hours at 65℃ which can meet the technical needs of Mian 138 block station's experiments. Moreover, the remaining water proportion stands at 1. 25% of purified oil with only 1. 364 mg/L of sewage after demulsification which qualify for the transportation and sewage discharge standard. The recomposed oil soluble demulsifier is proved to do way better than water soluble ones in dehydration.
