| 摘 要： | 党风廉政建设是一项系统工程,需要紧紧围绕教育、制度、监督和惩处这四个关键环节进行。加强油田企业廉洁文化建设,是深入推进党风廉政建设的必然要求,是建设和谐社会的需要,也是社会主义精神文明、政治文明建设的重要内容之一,因此,必须提升油田企业廉洁文化建设的能力。

| Abstract: | Construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government, a system engineering, requires going ahead closely around four links of education, system, supervision and punishment. Strengthening honest culture construction of oilfield enterprise is an essential requirement in deeply promoting construction of Party＇s work style and clean government, the need for building a harmonious society and also one of the important contents of socialist ethics and political civilization construction. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the ability to construct the honest culture. |
