等离子喷涂制备耐磨涂层研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外等离子喷涂制备传统耐磨涂层的研究情况,介绍了等离子喷涂制备纳米结构涂层和纳米掺杂微米结构涂层的研究新进展,介绍了纳米结构喂料的制备、纳米结构涂层的特殊性能及应用情况,同时还指出纳米结构涂层制备过程中存在的问题.最后,等离子喷涂今后的发展方向和应用前景进行了展望.

Abstract:This paper gave an overview of the study situation of plasma-sprayed wear-resistant coating of traditional research at home and abroad,introduced the situation of plasma-sprayed nano-structured coatings and nano-structural application of special performance,but also pointed out the nano-structured coating process problems. Finally,it gave a prospect of plasma spraying direction of future development and application.
