催化剂的研究

摘    要:甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)是生产有机玻璃的原料,广泛用于表面涂层、合成树脂、油漆涂料、胶粘剂工业和医用高分子材料工业。本文比较了合成MMA不同工艺路线的优缺点,综述了采用异丁烯法制MMA的技术工艺及其催化剂的研究进展,重点介绍了异丁烯两步法制MMA催化剂的研制情况,展望了MMA合成工艺的未来发展趋势。

Abstract:Methyl methacrylate(MMA)is used as raw material for producing polymethacrylate,and it is also widely used in surface coating,synthetic resins,paint and coatings,adhesives and medical products. Comparison of advantages and disadvantages of different technical routs for methyl methacrylate synthesis is made in this paper.The technical process and research advances of catalysts for manufacture of MMA from isobutene are introduced in detail.The research and preparation methods of catalysts used in making MMA from isobutene by two-step process are focused.Prospect of its developing tendency is also forecasted.
