钢筋混凝土梁粘钢加固承载力设计分析

摘    要:通过对粘钢加固的破坏机理分析 ,分析了钢筋混凝土梁粘钢加固的计算方法。粘钢加固有粘钢板加固和粘型钢加固两种形式。粘钢板加固时 ,钢板的宽厚比、胶层厚度和锚固方式决定了加固梁的两种典型破坏模式 :弯曲破坏和钢板剥离破坏。粘型钢加固在梁高不受限制时 ,能大幅提高梁的极限承载力 ,粘胶和植筋能保证型钢和钢筋混凝土梁共同工作

Abstract:According to analysis of steel bonded reinforcement failure mechanism,the calculating method have been discussed.The steel bonded reinforcement comprise gluing steel plates and gluing profiled iron.The failure mode of strengthening beams are determined by steel plate width thickness ratio,glue thickness and anchoring mode,the flexural failure and steel plste peeling failure are two typical damage modes.when the beam height is not limited,the gluing profiled iron reinforcement beam can largely improve ultimate load,gluing and using bolts can ensure profiled iron and RC beam work together.
