旋转切向流强化管式膜微滤机理研究

摘    要:首次设计出了旋转切向流管式膜分离器及其实验系统,通过理论研究和实验测试,系统地研究了旋转直线切向流和旋转圆弧切向流聚丙烯管式膜微滤的流场特征,揭示了旋转切向流强化膜微滤的机理。

Abstract:Membrane microfiltration enhancement by rotary tangential flow is a new enhanced microfiltration technique which working principle is based on the hydrocyclone principle.It improves the structure of membrane separator and the form of suspension entering the separator,so as to increase membrane fluxes and decrease membrane fouling.The rotary tangential flow tubular membrane separator and its test system were first developed.Through theoretical study and actual test,the flow field characteristics of rotary linear tangential flow and rotary circular tangential flow polypropylene tubular membrane microfiltration and the revealed mechanism of rotary tangential flow enhancing membrane microfiltration were studied systematically.
