基于TC787的单片机控制软起动器的研制

摘    要:介绍了晶闸管集成触发芯片TC787的原理和特点,讨论了它在AT89C52单片机控制的交流电动机软起动器中的应用,并详细介绍了交流电动机软起动器的硬件组成和软件程序设计.通过对电动机起动过程中的晶闸管调压,实现电动机的平滑起动.设计中使用了AT24C02串行EEPROM作在线参数修改和掉电保护,提高了系统的灵活性.实践应用表明,该系统结构简单、参数调整灵活、控制效果良好.

Abstract:The princi ple and characteristics of thyristor trigger integrated chip TC787 were introduc ed, the application of the chip in AC motor soft-starter controlled by AT89C52 s ingle-chip microcomputer was discussed, and the software, hardware structures of AC motor soft-starter were described in details. Start up the motor smoothly by AC voltage regulating in the startup procedure. Modification of parameter onlin e and save data at power broken improve the system's performance by making use o f the AT24C02 serial EEPROM. The system has the merits of simple structure, easi ly adjusting parameters, as well as good controlling performance, which have bee n proved in the application.
