酿造行业环境因素识别

ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系，OHSAS职业健康安全管理体系是目前国际上应用比较广泛的组织体系管理的通用标准。ISO9001质量管理体系因其有效运行期间，不断规范、提高着组织的质量管理水平，已经在国内各行业应用的相当广泛。近年来全球对环境保护和职业健康安全越来越重视，在一个组织内同时运行ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系。OHSAS职业健康安全管理体系已成为一种发展趋势。论述根据ISO14001环境管理体系对环境、环境因素、环境影响的定义和要求，以酱油和食醋(固态醋)的生产环境作为具体对象，将生产环境依据工艺过程，非生产环境根据部门岗位，逐个排查过去、现在、将来对空气、土地、水、自然资源、人等组织外部所有环境造成有害影响的环境因素。在识别过程中，同时分析对环境影响的状况，探讨相应的管理措施。希望通过共同探讨，提高酿造行业的环境管理水平。

The environment-protection factors of fermentation industry

ISO9001 quality managing system, ISO14001 environment managing system, OHSAS vocational health managing system are the most widely used international standards of the organization system management. Because of the increasingly improved management, ISO9001 is widely used in various lines fields of industry. Recently, much more attention has been focused on the environment protection and the vocational health; therefore, these three managing systems tend to work successfully together in the same organization. According to the definition and requirement of the environment factors and environment influence in the ISO14001 environment managing system, this article discusses the working surroundings of soy sauce and solid vinegar and analyses all the possible factors. At the same time, this article analyses the present environment. With the purpose of improving the management of the whole fermentation industry, this article also puts forward some relative managing measures.
