摘    要:根据50CrV4中温回火工艺,对两种成分的50CRY4进行了不同时间的回火试验,对比试验结果和透射电镜分析,探讨了50Crv4的二次硬化现象。结果表明:中温回火时,随着时间的延长,合金中析出弥散分布的VC颗粒,起到了沉淀强化作用,并引起回火过程中的二次硬化现象。

Abstract:A kind of Intermediate-temperature tempering treatment is designed to increase the hardness of 50CRY4 steel.Through two comparson experiments and TEM the mechanism of the secondary hardening at intermediate-temperature in 50CrV4 steel is studied. The results show that the hardness of 50CrV4 steel increases by VC precipitation, and the secondary hardening at intermediate-temperature is caused by solution strengthening of the carbonide-formed V in microalloyed steel during the intermediate-temperature tempering.
